Postal Delivery:

Orders can be shipped to any UK mainland address for a standard delivery charge of £4.80 including vat.  Depending upon the size of your parcel, your order will be sent by either 1st Class Post through Royal Mail or by Parcelforce.  If you are not likely to be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel, then we would advise that you arrange to have your order delivered to an alternative address.  


Click & Collect:

Why not collect your order from our retail store in Spilsby.  Please wait until you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready and when on site follow the signage to the collection point, remembering to bring with you proof of purchase.  You will need your order number and the name which was used when placing the order.  No order will be released without these details.  Our opening hours can be found at the top of our homepage. 


End of Month Delivery:

Available for participating schools only.  Why not have your order collated and delivered direct to your school free of charge.  If your school has signed up for our EOM service, then this delivery option will be available upon checkout.  Please make sure when selecting this option that you read the information in the pop up window which will confirm current cut off and delivery dates.


St George's Academy (Sleaford & Ruskington):

If your order includes uniform items for St George's Academy (Sleaford & Ruskington), you can collect your order from the Academies on site shop, located on the Sleaford campus.  If you have added any of these items into your shopping basket, collection from the school will be added upon checkout.  Opening hours of the school shop can be found on our homepage.



We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days of receipt, however between 1st August & 30th September orders may take slightly longer.  Please be patient during our peak season.  We will always do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and once shipped you will receive an email notification to confirm the status of your order.  As delays outside of our control can sometimes happen in the delivery network, please wait up to 5 working days after dispatch before advising of non-receipt of an order.  Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

To avoid disappointment during the back to school period, we always advise ordering as early as you are able to.



Nationwide School Uniforms currently offers UK mainland delivery only for orders placed online.  For order enquiries from outside of the UK please contact customer services on 01790 754522.



Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased.  Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The Distance Selling Regulations provide further information regarding your cancellation rights.  The estimated delivery date of an order will depend upon the season in which it has been placed, however once your order has been shipped, any goods will need to be returned by yourselves, unless where any goods have been deemed to be damaged.  Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.

Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Nationwide School Uniforms Ltd. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.

Our terms, cancellation and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you.
