Orders can be shipped to any UK mainland address for a standard delivery charge of £4.50 including vat.
Click & Collect:
Why not collect your order from our retail store in Spilsby. Please wait until you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready and when on site proceed to the collection point, remembering to bring with you proof of purchase. You will need your order number and the name which was used when placing the order. No order will be released without these details. Click for location map.
End of Month Delivery:
Available for participating schools only, why not have your order delivered direct to your school. This is a free of charge service. If your school has signed up for our EOM service, then this delivery option will be available upon checkout.
Upcoming important cut off and delivery dates are as follows:
May 2021 - Cut off date: Sunday 23rd May - All orders delivered to school by: Friday 28th May
June 2021 - Cut off date: Wednesday 23rd June - All orders delivered to school by: Wednesday 30th June.
July 2021 - Cut off date: Sunday 11th July - All orders delivered to school by: Friday 16th July.
August 2021 - to be confirmed - selected schools only.
St George's Academy (Sleaford & Ruskington):
If your order includes "badged" uniform items for St George's Academy (Sleaford & Ruskington), collect your order from the Academies on site shop, located on the Sleaford campus.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days (72 hours) of receipt (within 10 working days for individually personalised sports kit), however at peak times orders may take longer. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, confirming the status of your order. As delays outside of our control can sometimes happen in the delivery network, please wait up to 5 working days after dispatch before advising of non-receipt of an order. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
Nationwide School Uniforms currently offers UK mainland delivery only for orders placed online. For order enquiries from outside of the UK please contact customer services on 01790 754522.
Items can be returned to us at the customers expensive for an alternative size up to 28 days from date of original invoice. All items should be returned to: Nationwide School Uniforms, c/o Moschatel Ltd, Vale Road, Spilsby, Lincolnshire, PE23 5HE. You will be expected to pay the carriage on any exchanged items where you have indicated that you would like us to post these back to you. Items can be exchanged in person by presenting them together with proof of purchase at our retail store in Spilsby, or for items purchased for St George's Academy (Sleaford & Ruskington) at the school's on site shop (Sleaford campus).

Items damaged in transit:
If an item has been damaged in transit please send a photograph of the defect and email it to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. If you have had to sign for the parcel and you see that the parcel is damaged, please make sure you notify the delivery driver that the item is damaged. Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact telephone number in any correspondence. We may need to contact you in order to resolve any claims.
Incorrect items received:
If we have sent you any incorrect items, please notify us immediately on 01790 754522 (telephone) or firstname.lastname@example.org (email) so that we can arrange for any discrepancies to be corrected. Please ensure that all discrepancies are reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The Distance Selling Regulations provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.
Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Nationwide School Uniforms. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.
Our terms, cancellation and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you.
