Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Customers may collect their school uniform orders from our premises in Spilsby and incur no delivery charges.  Our offices are open between 8.30 and 5.00 Monday to Friday.  Orders are normally available for collection in 2 working days.  Customers will receive an email confirmation once it is ready Click for location map.

Unless otherwise stated there is a standard delivery charge of £4.50 including VAT per order. We endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt, but at peak times orders may take up to 96 hours (4 working days).  An email will be sent to the customer when the order is despatched.  As delays outside of our control can sometimes happen in the delivery network, please wait for 4 working days before advising of non-receipt of an order. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until Monday (48 hours from then)

Nationwide School Uniforms currently offers UK delivery only from online orders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Item damaged in transit - If an item delivered has been damaged in transit you can return it within 7 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund including postage. You must notify us immediately of any damage in order that we can pursue this with the carrier.

Item incorrect - If we send you an incorrect item immediately send the item back to us and we will either replace it or refund to your credit / debit card including postage.

Item to be exchanged- Items can be returned to us at the customers cost for an alternative size/colour etc. Please complete the returns form and we will contact you for any required payments, return postage is to be paid by the customer, not FOC.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased.  Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The Distance Selling  Regulations provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.

Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Nationwide School Uniforms. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.

Our terms, cancellation and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you.
